About for the sake of JOY
My name is Kimberly Parker. I am a mother of three children, President of Red Giraffe Marketing (owned by my husband and myself), co-founder of for the sake of ONE ministries, and I love to read, write, take pictures, sit in the sun and hang out in a friend’s kitchen with a cup of coffee.
In May 2005 our oldest son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We cried, we grieved, we had a many long chats with God – and then we came to a realization. If we are to help our son navigate through life in the very best way possible, we can’t keep our focus on our struggles.
Using Philippians 4:6 as our launching pad, we began to see the JOY in our journey. Our desire is to help parents, siblings and others in their journeys too, by pointing them to the only One who can truly give us peace in the midst of the storm!
